Appointments

All it takes is one call to 215-345-6050 to schedule an appointment with any Central Bucks Specialists Physician. A Patient Coordinator will schedule your appointment and answer your questions about our physicians and services. Patient Coordinators are available Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Our automated reminder program will contact you 2 days in advance for Office appointment reminders and 10 days in advance for procedure appointment reminders. 

What To Expect

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. Please bring a full list of medications (including dosage) when coming to your appointment.

Insurance and Billing

At the time of your visit, patients need to provide the front desk with the correct insurance information, including your insurance card to be copied. HMO and other “managed care” plans require that primary care physicians provide the patient with a referral to be available electronically to the specialty care physician. Please contact your Primary Care Physician at least 7 days in advance of your visit for the referral to be processed.  If your insurance company requires a referral and your Primary Care Physician has not generated one to our office, we may reschedule your visit.

Patients will be responsible for full payment of any co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles required by their insurance company. Your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company.  Your co-pay for your office visit is due at time of service.

Payment Options

Financial responsibility rests with the patient for deductibles, co-insurance, and non-covered services. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
