No. NextMD uses a web portal (website) to send messages to your doctor and doctor’s support staff directly to our electronic health record system. What is this “Token” your staff keeps mentioning?
When you begin the enrollment process here in our office, we will generate a random code that will allow you to securely access our staff directly through our Electronic Health Record, as well as accessing your own health information. This “Token” will be accompanied by instructions for creating a new account at or adding a new practice subscription to your existing account, if you have already been enrolled by another Care Provider. This number is unique to you, and you will only need to use it once to create your account before discarding it.

I have lost my token/My token is more than 30 days old and the website won’t take it. What should I do?

The Staff of Central Bucks Specialists take your privacy seriously. For your security, tokens that go longer than 30 days without being used expire, and a new one must be granted to you by a staff member. Simply contact our office to arrange for a new token number, or ask about receiving a new one at your next office visit.

How quickly can I expect a response to my message?

Our staff will endeavor to answer all questions as quickly as possible, but we ask that you allow at least 48 hours for us to respond.
